We are currently looking for a Service Engineer. As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers. This will involve working at client sites. Additionally, as a Service Engineer you should be a bright and enthusiastic person, with a friendly disposition and the ability to work in a team. You should also be passionate about delivering a quality service and meeting customer expectations.

  • Qualifications: A+, N+, MCSE, MCITP preferred

Your Duties

  • Field Support of Clients, located around Gauteng
  • Supporting, maintaining and enhancing customers’ IT infrastructure
  • Deploying New Solutions to existing clients
  • Working on field projects

Requirements

  • Experience of providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Good telephone manner and ability to remain calm under pressure<
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Scientific and Risk Assessment
  • Own transport
